We offer a delivery market that brings your favorite convenient store and healthy fresh options directly to your door, almost like a private apartment door dash.
But that's not all - we also offer a valet trash service that eliminates the odor and increasing hallway sitting side of the traditional valet trash serve model. Our consistent live-in onsite serve crews pick up directly from your door, creating a daily report for your convenience. We offer twice daily pickups, six days per week between the hours of 6am-8am and again between 6pm-8pm. Our pick-up service includes the community green initiative of composting in apartments, with a pick-up for the provided compost reciprocal scraps gathered by your residence.
In addition, we pick up recycling items as well, setting our service apart from other waste management services. We offer education classes on composting and more in partnership with local organizations onsite to the residents with incentives to invite friends and family. Our partners will pick up compost and/or man designated compost areas onsite of participating properties.
We are then able to use the nutrients from onsite composting as a fertilizing agent for the onsite "space for grace garden" for residents to experience nature, purchase flowers, and participate in developing the community garden built by the residents of the community. Not only do you get fresh and healthy food delivered right to your door, but you also get the opportunity to participate in community initiatives and gardening projects that make your living experience more enjoyable.
